Lynchburg Tennessee
Yesterday we took the bike to Lynchburg to visit the Jack Daniels distillery. Lynchburg is located in a dry county, but also marketed as the wettest dry county in the county 😊. They excercise a loophole by selling lovely bottles...they just happen to be filled with Jack Daniels. Tastings are permitted as they are just samples of the product manufacturered on site. It was impressive to see this plant and see the history of the beginnings of Jack Daniels. They pride themselves on being a family business. They employ 45% of the town!
The ride down was very warm on the bike. It got to 35 degrees. Our ride home had cooled down quite abit and we “enjoyed “ a thunderstorm with constant lightening in the distance. Thankfully we only had 5 minutes of rain & were back in the trailer before the monsoons arrived.

Lovely side roads in Tennessee
